David began his career in commercial real estate in New York where he was the project manager for the 443 Greenwich Street project. He managed all phases of the $350 million dollar, 280,000 sq. ft. project which included a high end residential community, a boutique hotel, and ground floor retail located in Manhattan.
Continuing to expand on his knowledge of real estate, David became a real estate advisor at Alvarez & Marsal in San Francisco. David advised private equity real estate firms, REITs, real estate operating companies, developers, and multi-national corporations all over the world.
Transferring to the Los Angeles market in 2013, David became the Real Estate Manager for the west coast real estate operations of Pure Barre, a national gym chain. There he targeted corporate expansion in the California, Oregon, and Washington markets. Prior to Atlas Real Estate Group, David worked as a Broker for KW Commercial, MacVaugh & Co. and Coldwell Banker, focusing on the San Gabriel Valley and Downtown LA where he grew up. He managed several listings and numerous buyers and tenants at any one time.
David graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in East Asian Languages & Cultures in 2003, and from the University of Southern California with a Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development in 2011. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and teaches Commercial Real Estate course at Pasadena City College and the Arcadia Association of Realtors.

Ali began his real estate career at Told Partners, Inc. as a full service commercial broker before recently coming to specialize in the emerging cannabis space. He has placed a number of established medical marijuana dispensaries in high profile retail locations as well as industrial spaces for marijuana cultivation.
His industry connections and knowledge of the ever changing regulatory framework allow Ali to advise both Landlords and Investors eager to achieve aggressive returns in the dynamic and potentially lucrative cannabis space. A few of Ali’s clients include Hong Investment Group, Medmen, Mota, The Kind Center, Foothill Wellness Group, Southern California Collective, and West Coast Holistic Center.
Ali began his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California before graduating from New York University with a BA in Economics in 2003. He is a native southern Californian who volunteers his time with the non profit School On Wheels tutoring homeless children in math. Ali speaks conversational French and enjoys traveling whenever he can find the time.

Roger Merians brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate leasing and sales through his 10 plus years as principal and manager of a prime luxury retail and creative office property on Melrose Avenue. Prior to joining Atlas Real Estate Group LA, at CODA Brokerage and Stafford Commercial, Roger executed prime Silverlake and E Hollywood leases representing property owners with brands such as La Colombe Coffee, Philadelphia, Creatures of Comfort, NYC, Flyrides, San Diego, MatchaBar, NYC, LF Stores, and Buck Mason, Venice among many others.
Roger is originally from the NYC metro area and received his BA in Economics and Art History from Stanford University. His interest range through the world of fashion, retail stores, urban development and architecture. Roger enjoys organic vegetable and flower gardening and hunting for unique collectibles with his husband at shops and flea markets in LA and wherever their travels take them.

Sean’s career in commercial real estate began in 2004 when he relocated back to Los Angeles and moved into the private sector. As the leasing manager for Castleton Real Estate and Development, he oversaw the leasing and marketing strategy for the developers’ 400+ acreage portfolio of commercial land development projects. A past member of ICSC, he has worked with companies like Wal-mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Starbucks, and various national retail chains, collaborating on development plans and negotiating sales and lease contracts. He subsequently joined Marcus & Millichap as a Retail Associate where he further polished his investment analysis and client servicing skill set. From developers and investors to business owners and buyers, he now advises private clients on real estate transactions all over the globe.
Prior to joining Sperry Commercial, Sean resided in Hong Kong for several years working for a HKEX listed petroleum trading company. There he gained valuable experience in international trade and developed a global network of contacts as he increased the company’s presence in new markets. Having traveled to several European and Asian countries, he now has a strong comprehension of different markets and cultural business practices. His goal is to use this knowledge to bring creative solutions to his clients so that they may always stay in the forefront of an ever-changing dynamic real estate industry.
Sean graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003 where he majored in Political Science with an emphasis in International Economies. Steven was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. Since entering the field of real estate in 2011, Steven has performed a variety of residential real estate transactions spanning various property types. Steven has assisted foreign buyers with acquiring investment properties as well as primary residences for those immigrating to the United States. Additionally, Steven has helped clients sell their properties and has found success through the use of innovative and lesser known marketing channels.
Prior to real estate, Steven’s background was in finance and technology. In his two years spent in the financial industry as a financial advisor and investment advisor, Steven helped clients plan for retirement and advised on their investments.
Most recently, he has spent two years starting a technology company creating an alternate-reality game, which he eventually exited through a sale. From that experience he became active in the startup community in Southern California and has represented many tech startups find their business locations.
With his international client base, he has also helped companies from overseas establish business locations in Southern California, ranging from import/export firms to restaurant chains. With his diverse knowledge from other industries, Steven is able to bring a different outlook and applicable new technologies to the Atlas Real Estate team.
